Outing to Salame Rapelli and Castello Montebello

A unique and unforgettable experience awaits you at Montebello Castle: take part in the production of your own Salame dei Castelli di Bellinzona and discover the secrets of this traditional Ticino speciality!

After an introduction to the varied Ticino charcuterie, you will experience how the Salame dei Castelli di Bellinzona is processed. 
After it has fully matured, your self-tied salami will be sent home as a reminder of this wonderful day.
Finally, take part in a tasting in the courtyard of Montebello Castle and enjoy the view of Castelgrande Castle and the old town of Bellinzona.

The guided Visit starts at 14.00 and will last for 2 hours.

We depart from Stazione Locarno by train S 20 at 12.45 (subject to change)
