National Museum and Fine Art Gallery in Vaduz
On Thursday 15th March at 7:00 a.m. we will meet at the railway station of Locarno to travel to Vaduz, Liechtenstein. We will have a guided tour of the Vaduz National Museum. The National Museum houses a permanent exhibition focusing on the history, culture and landscape of the Principality of Liechtenstein. After lunch, those who wish can also visit Liechtenstein Fine Art Museum, which is next door to the National Museum. The Fine Art Museum covers works from the 19th century up to the modern day and includes important pieces -in particular, sculptures, objects and installations created by well-known artists. Please, note that we haven’t booked a restaurant. There are many restaurants around, which we can chose on the spot.
The price on the smaller bus is CHF 70 per person. The guided tour is paid for by the club. The entrance tickets to the both museums will be at your own expense, CHF 8 per person.
