05 March 2020, Thursday, 4pm-6pm, clubroom. Rediscover your "Zing"! (Energy, enthusiasm, or liveliness)

Cecilia will give us a demonstration and a talk on how to use reflexology to get some relief from certain symptoms. (For example: headache)

Cecilia was born in Chile. After her studies she migrated to Australia. Cecilia came to the Ticino in 2013. She has several diplomas in Reflexology, Classical Massage and lymphatic drainage. She also studied and majored in the Ticino and has a diploma in Complimentary Therapies. She and her family are members of the Anglo-Swiss Club Locarno.
